Our events bring the tri-state promo industry together—and they wouldn’t happen without dedicated volunteers who care about connection, collaboration, and community.

New for 2026: Volunteer Ambassador Program

For our “super volunteers” who want to take the next step, the Volunteer Ambassador position offers a one-year leadership opportunity. Ambassadors take on elevated responsibilities, represent TSPPA at events, and get a closer look at board operations. After completing the one-year term, Ambassadors are eligible to be considered for an open board seat the following year.

TSPPA Members Factory Tour - J Charles (April 21, 2026)

TSPPA Distributor Members are invited to a special factory tour at J Charles on Tuesday, April 21st at 10:00am with lunch and drinks provided compliments of J Charles. There is limited space for the tour so please register early.

11:45 am - 1:00 pm: Educational Presentation & Lunch

IMPORTANT TOUR INFO:

You must wear closed-toed shoes during the tour.

Drinks and food are not permitted during the tour.

Tour info:

Visit the J Charles headquarters in Erlanger, KY. Enjoy the tour and learn about the options J Charles has to offer. After the tour there will be an educational presentation during lunch. You will receive CAS credit for attending.

This event is open to TSPPA distributor members only. PPAI membership is not required to attend but it is for CAS credit. To receive credit, please provide your individual (not company) PPAI PIN number when registering.

Fall Into Promo Showcase 2026 - Exhibitor Registration (October 05, 2026)

The top 48 suppliers will be exhibiting at the TSPPA Fall "Into Promo" Client Showcase on Monday, October 5th at the Cintas Center at Xavier University from 10:00am to 2:00pm! OPPA's shows are October 6th and 7th.

Exhibitor fee includes one 8' table or one 8' space. Sign-up by August 1st to get the early bird pricing and save! Early bird pricing: TSPPA 2026 Supplier/Multi-Line members rate is $575 and non-members is $775.

The TSPPA board has kept the lower pricing of your additional 8’ table $125 each for 2026! Also, if you are not a current member, please join TSPPA today for $135- this saves you $200 from our non-member rate! If you are an apparel company, please note an apparel rack counts as a table, so we will remove the table or you can purchase an additional space next to the table for your rack. There isn't enough space for a table and apparel rack if only 8' space is reserved.

IMPORTANT Load-in Instructions:

The Cintas Center is located at 1624 Musketeer Drive, Cincinnati OH 45207. There are signs directing you to the loading dock. It is located on the west side of the building. There is a 2 bay dock that you can enter for load-in. Take elevator to the 3^rd floor. The Cintas Center will make sure to have members of their event team there for directional help and TSPPA board members will be there to also help take stuff to your area if you would like.

End-User Show Policy:

Our policy for end-user shows are exhibitors are not allowed to share net pricing, business cards or ask for contact information from any end-users during the show. Distributors will be wearing GREEN lanyards and their Customers (end-users) will be wearing RED lanyards. End-users will also have the Guest of the distributor company that invited them on their name badge.

Exhibitor Policies & Procedures:

TSPPA Membership dues/Registration fees must be paid in advance of show registration.
Show payment must be received 14 days in advance to participate in the show.
Cancellations must be made in writing to reagan@tsppa.com
- 100% refund as a credit, 60 days in advance of show
- 50% refund as a credit, 30 days in advance of show
- If less than 30 days, no refund credits will be issued.
The board will consider extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis.
