The TSPPA Spring Swing 2025 begins March 4th in Louisville, March 5th in Indianapolis and March 6th in Ft. Wayne!

Exhibitor fee is $325 for TSPPA Members and $375 for Non-Members.

Exhibitor fee per show is $325 for TSPPA Members and $375 for Non-Members. This includes one table/floor space and a boxed lunch. Table length varies by venue. One table = one 8' or two 6' tables. You can add-on additional table(s)/floor space - $50 each, electric - $25 and table covers - $20 during registration.

Exhibitor Policies & Procedures:

TSPPA Membership dues must be current to receive member discount.
Show payment must be received 14 days in advance to participate in the show.
Cancellations must be made in writing to reagan@tsppa.com
- 100% refund as a credit, 60 days in advance of show
- 50% refund as a credit, 30 days in advance of show
- If less than 30 days, no refund credits will be issued.
The board will review cancellation requests on a case by case basis.
No pricing, marketing materials or business cards are to be given out to end-users attending the shows. Attendees will be wearing color-coded lanyards with their name badges to distinguish between distributors and end-users.
