Spring Swing 2025 - Exhibitor Registration

The TSPPA Spring Swing 2025 begins March 4th in Louisville, March 5th in Indianapolis, and March 6th in Ft. Wayne!

Exhibitor Fee: $325 for TSPPA Members and $375 for Non-Members.

This fee includes one table/floor space and a boxed lunch. Table length varies by venue. One table = one 8' table or two 6' tables. You can add additional table(s)/floor space for $50 each, electric for $25, and table covers for $20 during registration.

Exhibitor Policies & Procedures:

• TSPPA membership dues must be current to receive the member discount.
• Show payment must be received 14 days in advance to participate.
• Cancellations must be made in writing to reagan@tsppa.com.
  • 100% refund as a credit if canceled 60 days in advance of the show.
  • 50% refund as a credit if canceled 30 days in advance of the show.
  • If canceled less than 30 days in advance, no refund or credits will be issued.
  • The board will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
• No pricing, marketing materials, or business cards may be given to end-users attending the shows. Attendees will wear color-coded lanyards with name badges to distinguish between distributors and end-users.
