  The TSPPA Spring Swing 2025 begins March 4th in Louisville, March 5th in Indianapolis and March 6th in Ft. Wayne!  

  Exhibitor fee is $325 for TSPPA Members and $375 for Non-Members. 

  Exhibitor fee per show is $325 for TSPPA Members and $375 for Non-Members. This includes one table/floor space and a boxed lunch. Table length varies by venue. One table = one 8' or two 6' tables. You can add-on additional table(s)/floor space - $50 each, electric - $25 and table covers - $20 during registration.

  Exhibitor Policies & Procedures:   

  • TSPPA Membership dues must be current to receive member discount.
  • Show payment must be received 14 days in advance to participate in the show. 
  • Cancellations must be made in writing to reagan@tsppa.com
  • • 100% refund as a credit, 60 days in advance of show
    • 50% refund as a credit, 30 days in advance of show
    • If less than 30 days, no refund credits will be issued.
  • The board will review cancellation requests on a case by case basis.
  • No pricing, marketing materials or business cards are to be given out to end-users attending the shows. Attendees will be wearing color-coded lanyards with their name badges to distinguish between distributors and end-users.
